Irish Lumberjack Drink Recipe
- 2 oz Bailey’s Irish cream
- 1 oz Bushmills Irish whiskey
- 1/5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 – 3 oz espresso
- half-and-half
- milk
Pour the Bailey’s Irish Cream and Bushmill’s Irish Whiskey into an Irish coffee cup. Brew the espresso, and pour into the coffee cup. Fill to 3/4 full with half-and-half. Steam the milk and pour into the cup until full. Dust with cinnamon if desired, and serve.
